Welcome, Friend! My name is Carrie, and I'm thrilled that you're here. I'm the Chief Creative Dynamo for Charmed Curio. I'm a queer, nerdy, neurodivergent, spooky, history buff and cat servant. I'm armed with a Fine Art degree- I'm dangerous with it too. I currently live in Seattle, but I've lived lots of other interesting places around the world. These are all inspirations for the pieces I create. They're that super cool thing that calls to you from your grandparent's haunted larping/drag steamer trunk in the attic. Our goal is to make fantastic accessories for every body.
Charmed Curio started with a little help from my friends. I've been making stuff for as long as I can remember. Evidence shows that I was actually making stuff before that too -more than just messes. I pick up new hobbies like most people pick up loose change. I'm actually kind of good at some of them. I occasionally post some of it on social media. Some wonderful folks started offering to pay me to make stuff for them too. Then other wonderful friends helped me get into selling it at a few local markets. That turned out to be habit forming.
